Our Process

Knowing what to expect in advance while working with us is something we take very seriously.

While we try to make your entire experience as seamless as possible, we also want you to feel as though you’re part of the process and feel comfortable every step of the way, from our first meeting to the final detail being completed.

1. You Reach Out

– Payment Not Required

Once you have initially contacted us, we will schedule a time to meet and discuss your vision and the specific needs of your space.

We are always happy to offer insights and recommendations based on our experience in order to envision the best outcome for your project.

Based on this meeting, we can then create a customized quote for your specific project that will include all labour and materials, as well as an anticipated schedule.

We will email you our quote and follow up within a couple days to answer any questions you may have.

2. Getting Started

– Deposit Required

Once you decide to move ahead with our team, we will sign a contract and set the start date.

We also typically ask for a deposit at this time.

On the agreed upon day, we will arrive on time with our tools, materials and all of the necessary resources to start working on your dream renovation.

Throughout the project we will have regular updates and communication to ensure you know what is happening every step of the way, and we are always available to answer any questions you may have.

3. The Work Begins

– Partial Payment Required

We are comfortable working in situations where you may already know exactly what you want regarding specific styles and products (tiles, colours, bath fixtures, etc.), and are also happy to work with you to offer advice and recommendations based on our experience.

4. The Halfway Point

– Payment Required

Throughout the project we will have regular milestone meetings to review the work that has been completed and discuss the next stages.

Our invoicing practice is transparent: we ask for a deposit when we sign the contract, partial payment at 50% completion, and final payment at 100% completion.

5. We're Done!

– Final Payment Required

At the end of the job, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you to ensure that you are 100% satisfied – and we are confident that you will be – leaving you to enjoy your newly created space.
